I am inviting a group of professionals to live in the upper two levels of my nine months old furnished 3-level townhouse. The common area will have to be shared by another person who occupies the first floor. The two levels have total of 1,700 square foot. There is a sunroom attaching the family room off the kitchen. Master bedroom is 14x13 and has a sitting area of 8x8. Two other bedrooms are both 11x10 and share a large bath in the hallway.
All persons must be non smoker, have no pet and have good credit. One month of rent as security deposit is required.
IT'S LESS THAN ONE MILE TO TOLL ROAD, RT 28 & 7100, THREE MILES TO RT 50. THERE ARE SHOPPING CENTER, THEATER & FITTNESS CENTER WITHIN MINUTES.
